  • Exported Video Quality Issues: Try exporting at a higher quality setting.

FAQs

Q: Can I password protect my shared content?

A: No, we do not currently support password protecting content.

Q: What's the maximum length for exported videos?

A: While there's no strict limit, we recommend keeping videos under 10 minutes for optimal performance.

Q: If I update my content, do I have to re-share it with everyone who has access to it?

A: Not if you've shared a link to a tour or guide, or if you've embedded a tour into a webpage. That content will update automatically. Anything that has been exported or downloaded (videos, gifs, Smart Copy) would need to be reproduced and redistributed.

Q: Can I track how many people have viewed my shared content?

A: Yes, guided. provides analytics for published tours and guides. You can access that information by opening the preview version of your content and clicking the analytics icon in the top right-hand side of your screen.

By leveraging these various sharing options, you can ensure your guided. content reaches your audience in the most effective way possible, regardless of the platform or context.
